1. Service Presentation

GiveOnline is a fintech solution, a gateway type for processing capital transfers and micro-investments on crowdfunding platforms. The services also include providing educational courses on digital transaction security and corporate donation management for infrastructure projects.

2. Rights and Obligations

User Obligations:

• To provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information upon registration.
• To use the services in accordance with applicable legislation and for lawful purposes.
• To ensure the security of the account and authentication data.

GiveOnline Rights:

• The right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
• The right to update, modify, or temporarily interrupt services for maintenance.
• The right to refuse services in case of suspicious or fraudulent activities.

3. Limitation of Liability

GiveOnline is not responsible for:

• Financial or data losses resulting from the use of the services by third parties or from external factors beyond our direct control.
• The content, accuracy, or legality of crowdfunding projects hosted on third-party platforms connected through the gateway.
• Investment or donation decisions made by the user, the service being strictly a processing and education tool.

GiveOnline's total liability is limited to the value of the fee charged for services actually provided in the last 6 months.

4. Financial Terms and Modifications

Fees and Commissions: All applicable fees for transfers or courses are presented transparently at the time of transaction initiation or enrollment. There are no hidden costs.

Modification of Terms: GiveOnline reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the services after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination of Use: The user may cease using the services at any time. GiveOnline may suspend or close access for violation of the terms, without prior notice, in case of serious violations.
